This proposal outlines Tridz's approach to building a voice-enabled agentic website connected to an integrated CRM — one unified layer for how your customers meet you, how you respond to them, and how every conversation becomes a follow-up you can track.
Over the past 13 years, Tridz has built a strong track record in technology innovation — working with clients ranging from startups and enterprises to public institutions and non-profits. Our work has supported businesses in scaling, securing investment, navigating acquisitions, and gaining entry into leading programs such as Y Combinator.
We have a deliberate focus on AI-led product and platform development. Our own infrastructure layer for business applications, Huf.ai, powers much of what you will see in this proposal. We also bring deep experience in ERP and business systems, particularly ERPNext, where our contribution to URY — supported through a grant from Frappe, the company behind ERPNext — reflects the kind of forward-looking, practical systems we build.
A conversion-focused marketing website with an agentic layer — a voice and chat AI that can answer questions, qualify visitors, capture leads, and hand off to a human when the conversation needs one.
A single place where every lead, call, and conversation lives — connected to the website so enquiries flow in automatically, and to your phone system so calls are logged and recorded.
Connecting the CRM and website to the external services they depend on — WhatsApp for customer conversation, and the AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or the model of your choice) for the voice agent and any downstream automation.
Delivery runs in four phases over an estimated 10 to 12 working weeks from project commencement. The website and CRM tracks run in parallel; integrations and voice AI come online once the core systems are stable.
Commercials are split into two blocks. The first covers Tridz's engineering, design, and delivery charges. The second lists third-party services that are billed separately, at cost, directly by their respective providers.
