Proposal · TRQ2621001

An AI-enabled website and CRM, built as one system.

This proposal outlines Tridz's approach to building a voice-enabled agentic website connected to an integrated CRM — one unified layer for how your customers meet you, how you respond to them, and how every conversation becomes a follow-up you can track.

About Tridz

Over the past 13 years, Tridz has built a strong track record in technology innovation — working with clients ranging from startups and enterprises to public institutions and non-profits. Our work has supported businesses in scaling, securing investment, navigating acquisitions, and gaining entry into leading programs such as Y Combinator.

We have a deliberate focus on AI-led product and platform development. Our own infrastructure layer for business applications, Huf.ai, powers much of what you will see in this proposal. We also bring deep experience in ERP and business systems, particularly ERPNext, where our contribution to URY — supported through a grant from Frappe, the company behind ERPNext — reflects the kind of forward-looking, practical systems we build.

HUF.ai
An AI infrastructure layer for building enterprise business applications — our own product, underpinning the agentic and voice capabilities in this proposal.
URY
A restaurant management and hospitality operations platform, supported through a grant from Frappe.
Pulse
An SOP compliance, monitoring, and reporting system used by operations teams to drive accountability.

Scope of work

Module 01

Website design, development & voice-enabled AI agent

A conversion-focused marketing website with an agentic layer — a voice and chat AI that can answer questions, qualify visitors, capture leads, and hand off to a human when the conversation needs one.

  • Brand-led design system and responsive website build
  • Content architecture and on-page SEO setup
  • CMS so your team can edit pages without developer help
  • Voice AI agent (browser-based, mic-enabled, text-fallback)
  • Agentic flows: lead qualification, FAQ, routing to human
  • Knowledge base ingestion — your existing docs and pages
  • Analytics, heatmaps, and conversion tracking
  • Handover: training, documentation, post-launch warranty
Module 02

CRM with website, phone, and automation integration

A single place where every lead, call, and conversation lives — connected to the website so enquiries flow in automatically, and to your phone system so calls are logged and recorded.

  • CRM implementation (ERPNext CRM base, configured for you)
  • Lead, contact, opportunity, and activity pipelines
  • Website → CRM automation (forms, voice agent transcripts, enquiries)
  • Inbound / outbound phone recording & call logging
  • Task automation: assignment, follow-up nudges, SLA reminders
  • Role-based dashboards for sales, operations, and leadership
  • Email and notification templates configured for your workflow
  • User training and 30-day post-launch support
Module 03 · Third-party integrations

WhatsApp Business & AI provider integration

Connecting the CRM and website to the external services they depend on — WhatsApp for customer conversation, and the AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or the model of your choice) for the voice agent and any downstream automation.

  • WhatsApp Business API setup via a BSP (Business Solution Provider)
  • Two-way WhatsApp ↔ CRM integration (inbound & outbound)
  • Template creation and WABA approval coordination
  • AI provider account setup and API wiring
  • Voice model / TTS / STT provider integration
  • Rate-limit, cost-guard, and fallback handling
  • Usage monitoring dashboard (model cost, call volume, WhatsApp messages)
  • Security: key vaulting, access control, audit logs
